Teacher/Commissioner/Senior Advocate email@example.com Age 55
Caring about Watsonville. A Native Daughter of the Pajaro Valley, I have proudly served our culturally diverse community as a PVUSD teacher for over 30 years. Our District deserves a Leader with deep roots in the community. I was raised to value education, respect cultures, and serve our local community by tending to family, friends & neighbors. After graduating from Santa Clara University & UCSC, I came home to teach, inspired by my mother, Aurora Ardaiz Parker, 95.
I believe in Watsonville.
Working for Watsonville. I pledge to listen, act responsibly, and be a dedicated Councilwoman who puts our neighborhoods first in public safety, clean parks, City infrastructure, great schools, and affordable housing for families and seniors. Over three decades of Community Service: Santa Cruz County Commissioner; City of Watsonville Parks and Recreation Commissioner; Watsonville Public Safety Measure G Oversight Vice-Chair; Independence Square (Disabled & Senior Housing) Board Vice President. I am committed to Watsonville.
Your Councilwoman for Watsonville. I will work to solve the flood risks we all face. To save lives, I will fight for neighborhood emergency services. I strongly advocate preserving the unique character of our community, and breathing life back into our downtown & neighborhood businesses. I am honored by your Vote.
